SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All Confirmed Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping method: Standard Express within Peninsular Malaysia
  Shipment cost:
  0.01kg to 3kg = RM7.00
  Every subsequent 1kg = + Additional RM2.00 per/kg
  Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
  
  
• Shipping method: Standard Express within East Malaysia
  Shipment cost:
  0.01kg to 1kg = RM16.00
  1.01kg to 2kg = RM25.00
  Every subsequent 1kg = + Additional RM10.00 per/kg
  Estimated delivery time: 3-14 business days
  
  
• Outside of Malaysia
  No deliveries outside of Malaysia
  
  

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

If your product is received damaged, please log in to your account and clicked return to fill up the return form. Please fill in the required information and upload an image of the damaged product and click the continue button to proceed.
